Help / Projects / Open a project page

Open a project page

Each project has its own page. It shows the arrangement of the newest version, its versions, its notes and its tasks.

Steps

  1. Open the Projects tab.
  2. Press a project to open its page. The heading is the project's name.

What the top of the page shows

  • The cover picture, at the top left. With no cover, press the small square, or drop a picture on it.
  • “Open in Live” opens the project in Live. It is always the coral button.
  • “Share” opens a card under the title. Choose the person, then press “Share + hand off” or “Share only”. See Share a project.
  • The names beside the title are the people who can see the project. Press them to open “Who can see this”.
  • One line says who has the project. While a share travels, each person has a bar with the percentage that has arrived.
  • When plugins or samples are missing, a line says how many. Press “Show plugins” or “Show samples” to see their names. Press “Fix the project” to fix them. See Put missing samples back and Find missing plugins in a project.
  • Status, priority and tags are at the bottom of the card. Press one to change it.
  • The “…” button holds the rest: “Send tracks”, “Replace cover”, “Remove cover”, and Help. “Send tracks” takes chosen tracks out of one Set and puts them in a new Set for another project.

Under “Everything else about this project” you find sharing, and “Point this at your library”. The last one looks for copies of the same samples in your library, so the project can use those. Looking changes nothing.

What this page never does

  • It never edits your Set.
  • Opening a project page reads the project. It does not change it.
